MENUGraduated in Law, he began his professional activity collaborating with several consulting companies in Italy and abroad. Expert of programming and planning communitarian, he has been member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports for the predisposition of the National Strategic Frame of reference 2007 – 2013.
He was then Project Officer of the Joint Technical Secretariat (STC) of the Transnational Alpine Space OP and Director of the STC of the South East Europe 2007 – 2013 Programme in Budapest, Hungary.
In the programming 2014 – 2020 he was coordinator of several groups of 43 work for the preparation of INTERREG Programmes and then he was at the head of the Joint Secretariat of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme INTERREG V Italy – Croatia 2014 – 2020 at the Veneto Region as Managing Authority.
He is author of several articles on territorial cooperation and local development and lecturer in Community planning and planning.
